- Close to QEUH, SEC, Hydro, Braehead shopping centre, and Glasgow west end.
- Council tax and wifi included in rent price, gas and electric bills are separate and calculated per month (usually £60-£80 per month of average).

You’ll be sharing with a professional couple who own the house, in a tidy, relaxed home. We both work in hospitality doing shift work throughout the week and Ellie is also in her final year studying so we’re pretty busy! On our days off we’re usually out and about but like to relax in the evenings after busy days at work.

We also have Tess, our very friendly, 3-year-old, fox red Labrador. She loves people, enjoys saying hello to visitors, she never barks and is very chill. Anyone staying here should be comfortable around dogs but she is very friendly, quiet, and won’t cause any hassle😊

We’re looking for a respectful, tidy, laid back lodger looking for a comfortable place to stay.

NOTE: dining room is being floored with wooden flooring and being slightly redecorated currently, so will look even nicer by the time you move in!
