2-bed in Govan (G51), £450pcm without bills each (about 600-650 with all bills)
Hi everyone! I’m Ayo, 21. I’ve found a lovely 2-bed flat on Whitefield Road in Govan and I’m looking for someone to take it on with me, ideally moving in November.
About the flat:
• Spacious bedrooms and a big lounge
• Nice kitchen
• Extra study room with the washing machine and loads of storage
• Rent is around £450 each, council tax band B
• Close to the subway and good links into town
Ideally a professional
About me: I’m friendly, tidy and easy to live with. I’d love a flatmate who’s sociable and up for the odd chat in the kitchen, but I’m also respectful of space and quiet time.
