I’m looking for a flatmate to share a two-bedroom flat in Glasgow. One bedroom is available, with a shared living room and bathroom.

The location is convenient, with Tesco, Lidl and bus stops just downstairs. The nearest subway station is around a 10-minute walk away.

You’ll be sharing with a gay man who enjoys a tidy, relaxed home. I’m looking for someone mature, open minded and LGBTQ+ friendly, who communicates well and respects each other’s privacy.

I do have dates or occasional overnight guests, so it’s important that you’re comfortable with this. You’re welcome to have guests too, with mutual consideration around noise, shared spaces and how often people stay over.
