Room Available in Dennistoun Flat

My flatmate and I have a spare room opening up in our flat in Dennistoun from 01/11/2026. The rent is £550 pcm not including bills (they usually come to about £70)
The flat is about a 20 minute walk from Queen Street Station and super close to all the amenities on Duke Street. The flat is also a five minute walk from Bellgrove train station with great links to the city centre and west end.
The room is a furnished double room with a wardrobe and chest of drawers and plenty of other storage space around the rest of the flat. The flat is a duplex with all three bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs and a large open-plan living, kitchen and dining room.
My flatmate is a 21 year-old male student who's just finishing up his undergraduate degree at Glasgow university and I am a recently graduated music teacher, we also both regularly gig in Glasgow and further afield. We are both big music fans and have a great sound system in the living room with lots of records and CDs around. We also both enjoy cooking and enjoy having flat meals together and going out for a drink sometimes.
