Double room in West End Tenement

Large double room available in Whiteinch, available from 6th December however an earlier move in may also be possible.

The flat is well located with Victoria Park right opposite the flat and express bus links to the city centre which take around 15 mins. Also about 25 mins walk to Partick where there are plenty cafes, pubs and shops. Free on street parking.

The room will come fully furnished, however the desk in the photo won’t be there as it’s owned by my current flatmate.

Room is becoming available as my current flatmate is leaving Glasgow for a new job, so looking for someone to take on his room.

Rent is £550 per month, with bills and council tax the monthly total is usually just under £700.

You’ll be sharing the flat with me, a 25 year working in sustainability/climate change field. I work a 50/50 split between office and home so will be in the flat during the day some of the week. Looking for someone who is friendly, clean, respectful and sociable. Enjoy having guests over but also like quiet nights in.
