Room in g5 overlooking courtyard

I’m looking for someone to move into a room I have in the Gorbals.

The rent is £1000pm so £500 each, with the bills and council tax usually landing around 120-150 per person. The neighbours are all lovely and old enough they keep the heating cranked all winter so the flat tends to be cosy.

The flat is two storey and has a modern kitchen and bathroom. The bedroom available has a built in wardrobe / storage and looks out onto a communal courtyard so it’s quiet and a decent view.

This is happening on the back of a break up so I understand nothing will be as comfortable as what I had a month or so ago but ideally I’d love someone in who would be friendly and not feel like we need to avoid each other. Im fairly happy with my own company but cook a lot and enjoy cooking for people, enjoy a pub, like being outdoors and fairly active - pretty much just enjoy being busy!

I work 4-5 days a week and tend to be out and about a fair bit so you’d have your space and comfort, fire me a message if you’re interested at all!
