We invite you to see whether our peaceful, conscious home feels like the right fit for you. This is a place to land, breathe, feel safe, and perhaps even grow. We live mindfully, with nature as our baseline: eco-friendly and non-toxic cleaning products, recycling, good food, good conversation, and mutual respect for one another’s physical and mental space.
Cooking together is always welcome (we eat mostly vegetarian), and so are board games, chess, art, gardening, and the occasional deep conversation, if wished.

About Us
I’m Simone Moir a yoga therapist, transformational coach, author, and speaker. I’m bilingual in German and English, spend summers in Croatia, and am easy to Google, so there are no surprises here.

Our household includes my two sons: Magnus (12), who is with us part-time, and William (20), who works full-time.

It’s a warm, family home with plenty of room for calm, independence, and quiet time.
Including an outhouse to escape to and meet friends. Perfect for home office.

The Space
Our lovely four-bedroom house overlooks green parkland and a peaceful garden.
* Your Room: Spacious, south-facing, plenty of storage and full of natural sunlight.
* Bed: Currently furnished with a single bed; in the process of upgrading to double bed.
* Garden: A peaceful Zen garden for tea, reading, gardening, or simply sitting quietly, with a yoga hut fully heated and with in office Space
* Home Feel: Calm, respectful, creative, and welcoming.
Location & Practical Details
Located in a quiet area where you hear birds, with a hedgehog and squirrels, with shops, a gym, frequent buses (nos. 1, 2, 3, 6, 400), trains, local amenities, and easy parking nearby and easy parking.
* Rent: £625 per month (All-inclusive with reasonable use of gas heating)
* Availability: 16. November.2026

Who We’re Looking For
A calm, clean, sincere female housemate (professional or student) who values mutual respect, shared living harmony, and a home that feels good to be in.

* Tidy, considerate, and happy to care for shared spaces together.
* Respectful of quiet hours.
* No intoxication in the home.
* No parties or overnight guests (exceptions can be agreed upon in advance).
