Im looking for a female flatmate as they tend to be more house proud than men - sorry guys.

I have lived here for 13 years and flat is in great condition and is well looked after.
kitchen has dishwasher, washing machine and a dining table. flat has
gas central heating, new boiler, both bath and shower. BT superfast fibre Internet ideal for gaming or studies.
There is a private garden which will be great this summer sitting out enjoying the sun.
I have 2 cats that are not allowed in bedrooms. they are both friendly and well trained, one plays fetch :-)

flat is in the South Side of Glasgow (Pollok) with good transport links -

Mosspark train station at end of road. only 12 minutes to Glasgow central. train every 30 mins

Glasgow Clyde College(Cardonald campus)this is a 10 min walk.

Silverburn shopping center which is only 5 min drive( has a 24hr Tesco, a gym, health centre, cinema and library. There's also a bus stop next street which is a direct route into the city centre, so literally everything is on your doorstep. The X8 bus can get you into the city centre in less than 20 mins.
