This bright and airy large flat is in Hillhead, close to Byers Road. Just 2 minutes walk to glasgow University! The rent includes ALL BILLS. There is one bedroom still available to rent in my 4 bedroom flat. This room is available from 1st February for 6 months. We are seeking postgraduate or mature female student. This is a non-smoking flat.

The room comes with good quality furniture, a double bed, leather chair, desk and chair, wardrobe, chest of draws, side table, wall print, and new linen.
The flat has beautiful hardwood floors and the kitchen and bathroom are tiled. Stainless steel double oven, 5 burner hob and overhead extractor. There are four small fridges, and one large freezer, along with a washing machine and dryer in the utility room.
Cable TV, and use of the 32" TV and DVD player are included, as well as fast wireless broadband internet.
