Very lwarm and comfortable flat, with double glazing, gas central heating, super fast wi-fi, new washing machine, bath & electric shower. Very clean and tidy. There is a large parking space for residents and secure entry.
The room got lot of space, new double bed and plenty storage available, there is additional storage space in flat.
I'm 46 yo female, non smoker, got no pets, sociable but respect others own space. Working in hospitality at the moment, so you won't see me much.
I can consider couples, but for short term only, rent negotiable.
