What im looking for - I would like my potential lodger to be an easygoing person. I would hope they would be respectful of my privacy & treat my home with care & respect. I'm friendly but also quite an independent and private person . I am rarely around as work a very busy job & go to the gym 4x a wk.
I like my potential lodgers to have the choice if they want to chat to me or just enjoy their own space!!
I've had 17 lodgers in the past 12yrs and had great relationships with them all, if any references required these are available.
I have had a few medical professionals as well as it's close to QEUH.
