The room is ideally suited to a mature working professional. Male preferred but can be flexible. A good option if you are relocating for work, at an in between stage or looking for something long term. Friendly but unobtrusive flatmates. Your space and privacy are respected. Good hygiene and respect for communal shared spaces is a must. Sorry but not suitable for those who work from home.

Great spot for getting around and quick and easy to reach the City Centre. On a main bus route to the Centre with a frequent service. Just across the road from Shawlands train station with the journey to Central Station in just three stops/10-12 minutes. Easy access onto the motorways M77 & M8.
