Quiet, comfy and super clean flat in a convenient Southside location. All bills included. All local amenities, excellent transport links and a fabulous country park on the doorstep. The room is ideally suited to a mature working professional. (40+ preferred but can be flexible). Friendly but unobtrusive flatmate. It is a homely environment . Sorry but not suitable for students or those who work from home.

LOCATION::
Really convenient and within easy walking distance of Central Shawlands. Two large supermarkets very close by. Great spot for getting around and quick and easy to reach the City Centre. On a main bus route to the Centre with a frequent service. Close to Shawlands train station with the journey to Central Station in just three stops/10-12 minutes. Or Pollokshaws West station a few minutes walk and just two stops to Central. Easy access onto the motorways M77 & M8.
