The famous `Barras' market is 2 mins walk away, while a further 10-15 min walk takes you into the Merchant City.

Within easy walking distance of city centre universities, colleges, shops, supermarkets, bars, clubs, restaurants, gyms, cinemas, etc. Lots of rail, bus and subway links.

Surprisingly quiet area next to park, despite the city centre location.

Room has double bed, (situated at rear of flat) built in wardrobe, bedside cabinet, desk (extendable), chair, wall-mounted 49” 4K 3DTV, Blu-ray DVD player. Share all facilities including open plan kitchen/lounge area with all the usual amenities, bathroom, street parking.

Rent includes all bills (i. e. council tax, electricity, telephone, TV and wi-fi, high speed broadband.)

It is not a `party' flat, so would suit quiet, tidy, easy-going, male working/studying in the city centre with regular hours, who seeks a cosy, comfortable place to come home to.

You share with an active, `youngish', and friendly, 64-year-old gay retired professional (National Health Service) male. I'm an easy-going, native Glaswegian who enjoys working out at the gym, learning new things, socialising over coffee/drinks, hiking, weekends away in the Scottish Highlands and Islands.
