Also convenient for Queen Elizabeth University Hospital (QEUH), Royal Alexandra Hospital (RAH), Ross Hall and Leverndale Hospital.

The rent includes broadband/TV license, gas & electricity. Council Tax is not included (full-time students are exempted from Council Tax).

Shorter lets (e. g. Sept-Dec or Jan-May) considered so convenient for exchange students and people on internships. This may incur a slightly higher rent.
