This cosy house is situated in a quiet residential area with good transport links (bus, train) into the City Centre and to Paisley (UWS); 9A FIRST bus stop round the corner, Hillington West train station 8 mins walk.
To UoG, 1 change is required in the city centre or at Cessnock subway station.

Also convenient for Queen Elizabeth University Hospital (QEUH), Royal Alexandra Hospital (RAH), Ross Hall and Leverndale Hospital.

The rent includes the usual bills (gas/electricity/broadband/TV license), Council Tax is not included.

Shorter lets (e. g. Sept-Dec or Jan-May) considered so convenient for exchange students and people on internships.

German landlady (who studied in Scotland and "got stuck" somehow ;-) has been helping foreign students to settle in Glasgow for >20 years), will help international students with formalities such as Exemption from Council Tax and any other help that will be required. Also in wg-gesucht in Germany.
