Double bedroom, fully furnished, near city center

I'm renting a double room in a 2 bedroom flat in Dalmarnock area. It is very near, the Emirates Arena, 24/7 Tesco and bus/train station.

The room is spacious with a king size bed (you need your own bedding set). There is an optional desk, a chair,
large wardrobe and a set of drawers.
There is a separate comfy lounge (with dining table) so social space is flexible.

There is a fibre Vodafone broadband (120Mb/s and good signal through the flat.
The flat has a new washing machine, tumble dryer and a kitchen with gas oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and large fridge/freezer.

Dalmarnock train station and a major bus route is 5 minutes walk away. It takes up to 10 min on the train to Glasgow Central station

If you are into keeping fit there is emirates gym and morrisons gym nearby.

I would need a security deposit of £450 up front, refundable at the point of leaving. Council tax included in the rent
