Looking for someone to rent a double bedroom in my 2-bedroom flat.
Looking for someone who is sociable and easy-going.
The room is furnished.
No pets are allowed.
No living room.
No parking is available. (20 min walk)
The flat is facing the main street so some of the nights are pretty noisy because all the bars are around.
Amazing location, ideal for students. Close to Glasgow City College, Glasgow Uni and Strathclyde Uni, Tesco and all bars and pubs.
£510 per month (all bills included) and £500 deposit.
Council tax, gas, electricity and unlimited broadband are included in the rent.
