The flat is a two bedroom flat in Merchant City so it's really close to the city centre and subway stations, it's a 15 minute walk to Queen Street Station and a 20 walk to Central Station. There is also an Aldi and Tesco just a 4 minute walk away. The flat is fully furnished with a shared living room, kitchen and bathroom and washing machine. The bedroom is a good sized double room with a desk and large fitted wardrobes.
There is also a shared courtyard downstairs as well as private parking

Ideally looking for working professionals, however students will be considered as long as they are okay to pay council tax.

A bit about me
I am a working professional, working full time. I work from home and go into the office once a week. I enjoy nights in eating, watching tv or films, going to the gym and playing board games. I am not a big drinker but do enjoy eating out and occasional nights out.
I am a tidy person and although I enjoy spending time in the communal areas together I also enjoy having my own time so respect people’s space.
