Room in City Centre (Financial District) Flat

Hi there,

For rent is the second bedroom in my flat.

The flat is on Argyle Street, 30 secs walk from Anderston Station, 5 mins walk from Tesco and around 7 mins from Central Station.

Bills are included.

Room comprises of a small double ottoman bed (under bed storage), fairly large chest of drawers and a build in wardrobe with shelf on top.

Please note that there is now a small desk in the room.

You will have your own bathroom directly across from your room, so essentially an en suite!

I have everything required for living - pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses etc.

About me:

I’m a 31 year old male working in Financial Services. I enjoy chilling on weeknights and the occasional beer on a Friday night.

Interests are noted on the ad, and looking for someone that’s pretty chilled out.

I would describe myself as friendly and approachable, who has enjoyed watching TV with previous flatmates, as well as random conversations and occasionally going out for a drink or exploring on the weekend. Also respectful of your privacy.
