1 bedroom to rent- City center

Hi there, my name is George and I have a double bedroom to rent in a 2 bedroom flat situated at 3rd floor. The flat has an available lift and secure entry with cctv and back garden.
In the price is included Wi-fi and council tax so the only bills shared are the gas and electricity which is roughly 70gbp max summer time and depends on us in winter time but no more than 80 per month.
There are 2 cats living in the flat, but them stuff is in my room and wouldn't take much of the flat space as I'm mostly away due to my profession and they stay in my room while i'm away. The bathroom is only yours as myself I have the ensuite bedroom.
There is easy link to the highways and motorways, same for buses and train links as the Argyle and High street station 5 minutes away, Central station and Queen street station 10 minutes and same with supermarkets like Morissons, lidl, aldi etc.
Myself, I'm 31 years old, chef and during the day I'm away and be back late night, my character is quiet and a little introvert so you'll not feel my presence too much, I like to cook in my spare time so you'll have some cooked food sometimes.
The price is 700 pounds(GBP) per month and deposit to be paid one month of rent.
