En-suite Room Buchanan View, Tenancy Takeover

Dear readers,
I am trying to find someone who is interested in living in a student accommodation and who is willing to replace me in the contract since I found a new flat with my friends.

The Buchanan View Student Accommodation can be found in 33-35 Calgary Street, Glasgow G4 0XG, United Kingdom behind Caledonian Court (which is GCU's student accommodation).

ENSUITE ROOM: - own bathroom
- a long desk for studying/working
- 3/4 (small double) bed with under-bed storage
- two sets of shelves for books
SHARING SPACES: - kitchen and the living room
Both rooms are spacious, the kitchen counter is long and all electronical equipment needed for cooking/baking are provided: microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, fridge, refrigerator, a lot of cupboards and 5 stools.
The living room consists of 3 comfortable couches and a small table.
SERVICES INCLUDED: - 24 hour security
- communal lounge (with TV, pool tables, vending machines and foosball)
- laundry room (washing machines and dryers)
- parcel receipt service at reception, mail box with key, bike storage, in-house housekeeping
- social events
There is a garden as well where you can sit and chat with your flatmates or friends. It is especially nice during the sunny days:) ALL UTILITY BILLS ARE INCLUDED.

Overall, I have only had good experiences with Buchanan View and it is great to live in, especially if you are new to the city as you can make many many new friends. I made friends with a lot of Scottish and International people as well since the student scene is so diverse:)
