House Etiquette & RulesTo ensure a comfortable home for everyone:

- Shared Supplies: While essentials are provided, please use them reasonably and responsibly.
- Quiet Hours: As this is a quiet residential area, please keep noise to a minimum during late-night hours.
Costs & Bill Management
- Rent: £650 per month (includes high-speed Broadband WiFi).
- Deposit: £650 (one month’s rent).
- Council Tax (Band A): I cover 75%. Students are usually exempt; professionals pay the remaining 25% (approx. £33/month).
- Shared Utilities: Electricity and gas are via a top-up meter. The total cost averages approx. £150 per month, which is shared equally between the landlord and the lodger(s).
