Room available for girls in Glasgow G4

Hi everyone,

My flatmate is sadly moving out by the end of September/beginning of October so I am looking for a flatmate - girls only!

The house is on the fourth floor with lift, and has two bedrooms with built-in closets, a spacious living room (with a dining table, sofa and TV), a kitchen (a dining table, washing machine and dishwasher), one bathroom, and two shared small storage spaces inside the house. The house itself is spacious and bright and above all, clean. Fortunately, it is a quiet neighborhood and there are some green spaces around as well; walking to the canal would take only 5 minutes.

The nearest Subway station is Cawcaddens about 12-15 min walk from the house and busses number 7 and 75 will pass in front of the house. Lidl and Tesco Express are in 15 and 20 minutes of walk as well.

The room itself has a double bed with mattress, a desk,, three small-mid size bookshelves, a mirror, a drawer and a square table and one organizer for shoes or washing products.

The rent is 450 pound and bills (Gas and electricity + wifi) are usually around 80-90 pounds each per month. And the house basics would be shared which are around 10-15 each as well. There will be one month of deposit in advance, and no guarantor is needed.

Whoever takes the room should take over the furniture I bought for the room as well, which will be 150 pounds. The room originally had only bed frame and a mattress.

The landlord and the related agency only accept whoever has a fixed scholarship or has a work contract since they want the salaries of the two people living in the house to be at least 30,000 pounds per year.
