Double Bedroom to rent in Garnethill Tenement Flat

Hey there, we are looking for a new flat mate in our 3 bedroom flat in Garnethill, in a quiet pocket of central Glasgow, just a couple of minutes away from Cowcaddens Subway Station. The room is furnished with a wardrobe and double bed (that’s currently in a different room, pictured in the ad).

The £575 includes council tax and utilities during colder months the utilities may go up by up to £20.

You will live with me, Jemma (30)- I work Monday to Friday and enjoy going out and about and I also like a relaxing evening in, listening to some tunes;
And Liviu (28) who works in cultural venues a few days a week including weekends, both during the day and in the evening. He likes spending time with friends and making fun plans spontaneously, and also enjoys relaxing in the flat, watching a movie or playing a video game.

We’re looking for someone open-minded and friendly looking for a tidy home.

For viewings during the week, evenings after 6 would work the best, or any time during a weekend day.
