Studio to share available part-time or short-term

Hi potential roomies!

I’m a mature postgraduate student in my 40s and I’m looking for another student or someone working locally who wants to spare themself long commutes to share my studio in central Glasgow.

The studio is in a great location, around 10 minutes’ walk to the city centre, 2 minutes from Glasgow College by the River Clyde, 15 minutes to the University of Strathclyde, and 20 minutes to Buchanan Bus Station.

Please note this is a single-room studio, with a main bed and a sofa bed, so it would suit a short-term share such as a visiting student for a semester, or someone looking to avoid a long daily commute or someone looking for a decent place temporarily while looking for a long-term solution. It’s not a long-term let.

The studio is standard student accommodation and includes:
Bed and sofa bed
Two-door wardrobe
Two-plate cooker and storage cupboards
Private bathroom with shower
Desk and Chair
TV to cast things to

The building is warm, well heated, and well maintained.
A small refundable deposit would be required in case of any damage. Bills and WI-Fi are included. This is not a long-term let, the arrangement would be flexible depending on your needs.
