The flat has lift access, parking available, and is located just a 5-minute walk from Glasgow Central Station with excellent access to shops, cafes, and public transport. The flat is on a top floor with stunning views.

Rent is £625 per month(could be 650£ if the landlord decides to increase) , council tax is Band F, and additional bills include internet at £22 per person and electricity, which varies based on usage and is higher during winter months due to radiator use.

The room is available from 4th June, and shortlisted applicants will be required to undergo reference checks before approval and move-in.

From the current flatmate :
I keep my surroundings clean and am quite laid back. I don’t party or smoke. You would usually catch me going to the gym or watching series/movies if I’m not working. I also love going out to try new cafes and would love to explore new places together.
