I am looking for a flatmate to take over from the previous one. The flat is a 2 bed tenement in the Finnieston area of Glasgow, with a full living room, bathroom, kitchen, and storage cupboards. The bedroom is a double bed with a chest and wardrobe.

Rent is £465pppm with bills currently at £61.09pp (including wifi). Council tax band is D.

The area has a lidl and many other shops, bars, and restaurants nearby. There are multiple bus routes and train stations within 10 minutes walking.
