A spacious double room is becoming available in our lovely 2-bedroom tenement flat in Garnethill, one of Glasgow's most central yet peaceful neighbourhoods. The move-in date is flexible between July and September, as I will be relocating in September.

About your future flatmate You would be sharing with a final-year Doctorate in Clinical Psychology trainee who is friendly, considerate, and easy to live with. She enjoys baking, and there is often homemade cake in the flat!

• Rent: £650 per month
• Bills: Approximately £45 per month (including Wi-Fi and utilities)
The flat is currently exempt from Council Tax because the current tenants are students. If you are not a student, you would be responsible for arranging and paying any Council Tax due.
