Hello! Looking for someone to move in to our flat from the end of the month. Really great location, just next to Strathclyde Uni and a short walk from the city centre and all the major train and bus stations. We're both professionals in our mid twenties and so would prefer someone in a similar situation. Just now the bills altogether hover around £120 per month and that's including everything. Also should say the landlords would be looking for the deposit plus first month's rent.
