Hi!! We are looking for a kind, friendly, clean female student to join our 3-bed 1 bath flat in September.

Non-smoking flat that has a large bright and airy kitchen, living room and bathroom. Current available room is a furnished double room with a desk and closet. We are on the first floor tenement with fully furnished facilities including a washer. The room is 600pcm + bills which is estimated about 70 pounds each per month depending on how much is used.

Located in Glasgow City Centre G4. We are less than 10 minute walk to GCU, City of Glasgow College and University of Strathclyde.

Local area: 15 minute walk to Aldi, less than 10 minutes to Sainsbury and less than 5 minutes to Tesco express. Local transport includes less than 10 minute walk to Buchanan Bus Station and Glasgow Queen Street Station.

We are two female post-graduate students. The energy of the flat is quite relaxed and chill and we are busy most of our time studying and working.
