I have one very bright with nice view good size room (3.4mX2.6m) available to rent in my 4-bedroom house. The room is currently unfurnished but comes with a build in wardrobe, I can furnish it with a bed & Mattress, desk, and TV if you let me know your preference.

The house is fully furnished and equipped with everything you’ll need, and you’ll have access to all facilities and appliances. I simply ask that everything is treated with respect and that spaces are kept clean and tidy including the room you will be staying.

* Council tax is £150 a month, if you are student then this will not be charged.

About Me
I’m friendly, easy-going, and enjoy having a good chat, but I also respect people’s personal space and downtime. I work from home and from the office. I like a relaxed and comfortable home environment where everyone feels at ease.

I take pride in keeping the house clean and organised, so I’m looking for someone who is naturally tidy and considerate of shared spaces. The house is generally peaceful, but it’s not a place where you’d feel like you have to stay in your room all the time. I’m happy to socialise, share a meal, watch a film, or have a chat over a coffee when it suits us both.

I will only rent out one room as am using the other three bedrooms myself, so you’ll be sharing with just one other person (me) rather than living in a busy house share.

Looking For
I’m looking for a friendly, respectful, and clean person who wants a comfortable place to call home. Occasional guests are absolutely fine, but this isn’t a party house, so no regular late-night noise or loud music with no exceptions.

If you are smoker, there is the back garden that you can smoke there at any time but never inside the house, I dont mind casually vaping inside your room next to an open window as long as not excessive ‘I vape too’.
