The flat has a shared living room and kitchen. You will have your own furnished double bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom, while the living room and kitchen are shared.

* Gas: £40–50 pcm (approx.)
* Electricity: £50–60 pcm (approx.)
* Internet: £30 pcm

Preferred Tenant
Female professionals are preferred, as the council tax will be shared between both tenants. I am looking for someone who is clean, respectful, and easy-going😊
