Large double room on Sauchiehall Street

We have a furnished double room available now in our flat in the beautiful Beresford Building, near Charing Cross.

The room has a queen-size bed, TV, drawers, bedside table, built-in wardrobe and two big windows. The flat is a large, bright two-bed, two-bath flat with a big open-plan kitchen/living room, dishwasher, fibre WiFi and underfloor heating. Heating and water are included.

We’re looking for someone, ideally around our age, who is sociable, tidy and easy to live with. We often have friends over for food, films or games, so it would suit someone who likes a sociable flat. We’d like to find someone we get on with, as the flat is very much a shared home.

Rent is £598 a month, paid on the 12th of each month. Bills are £30, council tax is £59, and WiFi is £10. Deposit is £500. The next rent payment would be due on 12 July, but the room is available before then if needed.

No smoking inside, no pets, and ideally looking for someone for the academic year.
