Spare room available from July 1st

Hi! My flatmate is subletting her room out for the foreseeable. With a last minute cancellation from the person moving in due to a change in circumstances I’m searching again for a flatmate to move in at the start of July.

Rent and utilities come to £710~. Location is blythswood, city centre (G2). I’m a graduating postgraduate student starting to work full time this summer so searching so someone similar for both short or longterm. I’m clean, pretty quiet and outdoorsy going away hiking, climbing and camping fairly often.
