Central Double Room by Glasgow Green

Hi!
We're Libby (she/her) and Imogen (she/her), a couple looking for a friendly lodger to join us in our spare room. We love living here and are hoping to find someone who's a good fit for the household.

The Flat
We're in St Andrew's Square, right by Glasgow Green, with excellent transport links and everything central Glasgow has to offer nearby. Despite the location, the street is generally quiet (apart from the occasional big event on Glasgow green!).
The flat is on the third floor, and we are lucky enough to have a shared lift. It is bright, south-facing and split over two floors. There are also two bathrooms.
Free parking is available around a 3-minute walk away along the green.

The Room
The room is on the downstairs level of the flat, with two south-facing windows.

It comes furnished with:
• Double bed with bedside tables.
• Wardrobe
• Chest of drawers
• Bookshelf
• Desk and chair

The room has been freshly painted, and curtains will be in place before you move in.

About Us
Libby is an engineer who enjoys motorbikes, rugby and cooking, and works from home on Mondays and Fridays.
Imogen is a playground designer who works from home full-time. She enjoys creative pursuits, and is currently learning to ride her motorbike.
Our office is upstairs, so we don't work from the shared living spaces. We'd ideally like someone who isn't working from home full-time, but we're happy to consider different circumstances.
Outside work, we enjoy hiking, evening motorbike rides, weekends away in our van, gaming, crafting and relaxing at home.

About You
We're looking for someone who's a good fit. Ideally you're:
• A working professional or mature student
• Not working from home full-time
• Tidy, respectful and easy-going
• Happy to socialise occasionally while also having your own routine

A few practical bits:
• Well-behaved pets considered (sorry, no rodents due to allergies). We may also be adopting a cat in the future.
• We both eat meat.
• We'd ideally like an LGBTQIA+ lodger.
• Open to shorter lets depending on the person and circumstances.
