Large open plan living room, with plenty of room to relax in. Includes a large TV with a couple gaming consoles, and a board game collection. Good view of the skyline and the hills in distance with plenty of direct light into the living space.
Large fully equipped kitchen, with enough room for 2 people to cook at once, and with plenty of storage space. Fridge/freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine.
Electricity not included (50/50 split).
Council tax not included (Students are exempt)
Wifi included (Connection: 600+ mbps download).
Most furniture is new.
Parking possibly available for rent separately.

Central station: 3 minutes🚶(250 meters)
St Enoch (shopping centre/subway station): 6 minutes🚶(500m)

Tenant preferences:
Ideally looking for a vegan (given the shared kitchen), and staying for around 9 months (until May/end of uni term). Also clean and tidy in shared living space.
It would be nice (but not necessary) if you are up for playing the occasional board/video game, watching a movie etc.

About me (live in landlord):
I’m mid 20s, enjoy going on hikes, cycling, bouldering, board games, video games, cooking, audiobooks, or watching something on TV. Also clean and respectful of the people I live with.
I work from home as a software engineer, and I’m fully vegan.
I occasionally have a few friends that come over for some chill board games and or dinner.

Note: The room does not have an ensuite bathroom, but I rarely use the main bathroom as my room has an ensuite.
