The flat is situated in an incredible, central spot - just a 5-minute walk to Glasgow Green and the iconic Barrowland Ballroom, 15 minutes to Queen Street Station, and 20 minutes to Glasgow Central Station. Plenty of local cafes, supermarkets, and transport links are right around the corner.

The Room & Flat Features:
The Bedroom: Fully furnished double room with a comfortable sofa bed, dedicated desk/workspace for work or study and wardrobe. Fresh bedding and towels provided.

Shared Amenities: Access to a bright, plant-filled living room with a private balcony, fully fitted kitchen/dining area, and a modern bathroom (bath and shower).

Parking: Dedicated off-street parking space available upon request with advance notice.

Household Environment: You will be sharing with a friendly, easygoing female host. I do some occasional dog and cat sitting, so you must be comfortable living in an animal-friendly, pet-loving home! The flat is kept clean, cosy and welcoming.

Ideal Lodger: Female preferred, as it is a female-only household. Seeking 1 single female lodger for a regular Monday-to-Friday stay (4 nights/ 5 days per week). If you only require 2 or 3 nights per week instead of the full 4 nights, I am open to discussing this! Perfect for someone commuting into Glasgow for office days, university, or contact work who returns home for the weekends. Non-smoker preferred.
