Furnished Bedroom with Own Bathroom - Band F

Bright and spacious furnished bedroom available in a lovely flat in Finnieston. I’m looking for a female flatmate to share the flat with.

All bills are included in the rent, making things simple and easy to budget for each month.

The bedroom is a really good size and comes fully furnished with a double bed and large wardrobe, so there’s plenty of storage for clothes and other belongings. As the room is already furnished, you would mainly just need to bring your own bedding and personal things.

You’ll also have a bathroom for your own use, with a bath and shower as well as storage. It’s separate from the bedroom rather than en-suite, but the bathroom would be yours. The shower head will also be replaced with a new one before you move in.

The flat itself is very spacious, with plenty of room in the shared areas, and there’s also a shared balcony. The living area has two sofas and a large dining table, so there’s plenty of space to relax or eat.

The kitchen is already well equipped with kitchenware and supplies, as well as an oven, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and washing machine, so you shouldn’t need to buy lots of things when moving in. There isn’t a tumble dryer, but drying racks are provided for clothes.

The location is one of the best things about the flat. It’s in Finnieston, with loads of cafés, restaurants, bars, shops and other amenities nearby, while still being really convenient for getting into Glasgow city centre. The bus stop is right outside the apartment complex, with the X19 and 23 buses providing easy access into town.

Overall, it’s a comfortable, spacious and well-equipped flat with most of what you’ll need already here. I’m hoping to find a female flatmate who is looking for somewhere they can settle in and feel at home.
