En-Suite in Merchant City

Hiya!
I’m looking for a tenancy takeover from the beginning September (flexible, can start later if needed) to my en-suite room in a 3-bed cluster. This means that you will only share the kitchen with two other people (both girls, 2nd yr and post grad)!

It is a 44-week contract with Unite Students, so until the 16th of July 2027. You’ll have access to the room through out the year so no need to move out for holidays.

Room is situated in the center of Glasgow and right next to the University of Stratchclyde on Glasgow High Street. It is in the middle of multiple restaurants and bars of Merchant City, but due to good insulation, it is very quiet.

Room is equipped with a powerful shower, small double bed, ample storage space and a large desk with multiple plug spots. Kitchen is equipped with large fridge & freezers, kettle, microwave and toaster +full hob set.

All bills inc in rent, strong WiFi and council tax. All you need to do is pay for washing/drying which is serviced by circuit.

The block inc a 24/h reception, free pool table, vending machines, and a nice sitting area with both video and board games (ps5). Getting parcels and mail sent to is very quick and easy, through the unite students app and email they’ll let you know straight away when your parcels arrive and the front staff are very lovely!
