We have 2 rooms available in a very spacious flat with a shared living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms. The location is very central from bus stops, Charing Cross train station and 10 min walk to Buchanan bus station. 15 min walk to Kelvin Grove Park and Westend area. Tesco express on the corner and many more shops.

We are 2 working 25 year olds that both work in Health Care. We like to keep on top of making the flat clean/tidy and make it as fair as possible. We are respectable and considerate. We have our own routines but we are very social able and like to plan to do nice things occasionally flat dinners, coffee dates, nights out, walks.

We are council tax code band D which works out roughly £50 each per month.
Bills can vary between £25-£60 depending on the season.
