En-Suite @Blackfriars with Unite Student

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Blackfriars! It’s a 44-week contract starting immediately or on the 11th of September!

Room is an en-suite with a small double bed and ample storage room. It’s in a 3-bed cluster meaning you only share the kitchen with 2 other people! Own bathroom and shower with great water pressure and heat!

All bills included except laundry costs which is via Circuit and about £3.5-7 depending on cycle and drying.

Flats situated in the edge of Merchant City and perfect for those studying at Stratch University or City of Glasgow College as they are right around the corner.

The block inc a 24/h reception, free pool table, vending machines, and a nice sitting area with both video and board games (ps5). Getting parcels and mail sent to is very quick and easy, through the unite students app and email they'll let you know straight away when your parcels arrive and the front staff are very lovely!

I’ve now moved from the room so it’s available to move in immediately if needed and contract will be with Unite Student.
