I am looking for a student to take over my contract at Merchant Apartments starting this September 12th. It is an amazing student accommodation building in a perfect central location. I can no longer take the room due to a change of plans, so I need to find a student for an official tenancy takeover through the management team.

Located right in the vibrant Merchant City area close to supermarkets (Aldi, Morrisons), cafes, and transport link
🛌 The Room & Building:
Room type: Single Bronze plus En-suite room with shared kitchen
Small double bed, massive desk setup, wardrobe, and lots of under-bed storage
ALL BILLS INCLUDED (Water, heating, electricity, high-speed Wi-Fi, and free contents insurance)
💰 Price: £161 per week. (+£50 tenancy replacement fee)
🗓️ Contract Length: Full academic year contract starting Sept 12th.

You MUST be a student to take over this contract. The swap will be processed officially and safely directly via Student Roost management.
