Furnished Double room available near City Center

HI! I am looking for a new flatmate as mine is sadly moving out September 21st. The flat is right outside of city center in a quiet, peaceful area.

The flat itself is very bright with lots of natural light as well as storage space. There is a spacious living room, eat-in kitchen with a washer and large closets in the bedrooms and hallway. You would be sharing the one bathroom with me. The flat is on the 2nd floor and there is elevator access.

Rent for the room is 475ppm and does not include utilities or wifi. These come out to be around 130ppm. Since I am a full-time student I am currently not paying council tax, but if you are not, the council tax is in band E.

I am hoping to find another female flatmate who is also a postgrad student looking for a calm, quiet flat to call home! I am also open to professionals but the council tax would need to be your responsibility as I am exempt. I enjoy socializing and am looking forward to hopefully finding the same in my new flatmate.
