I’m looking for a female lodger to join my furnished 2-bed, 1-bath flat right across from Glasgow Green. The flat is super central but away from busy main roads so it’s quiet and peaceful. It’s within walking distance to Strathclyde Uni and the city centre. Lots of cute cafés, pubs, and independent shops around too :) Your room will come with a double bed, bedside table, work desk, chair, and built-in closet. You’ll also get your own storage room.

St Enoch subway - 15 mins
Argyle street train station - 8 mins
High street train station - 10 mins
Glasgow Central - 15 mins

* Electricity (Usually ~£35/person during summer months and ~£55 in the winter)

* TV subscriptions (only if you watch TV!)

I’m looking for:
A clean, respectful female who wants a relaxed, drama-free home. Friends and the occasional gatherings are welcome but please know that this is not a party flat :)
Ideally another student for council tax purposes. Professional females are welcome too! (Council tax is band D but you’d get a 25% discount for living with a student). Please no smoking or frequent overnight stays for guests.

A little bit about me:
I’m the primary tenant of this flat, lived here for two years and have been absolutely loving it :) I’m a PhD student in biochemistry in my final writing up year, so I’ll prefer quiet time at home. I’m pretty chill and would love a friendly flatmate dynamic.
