A room is available to rent in our bright, well-located flat (2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms). You'd be sharing with me, a friendly, easygoing working professional :) I work as a solicitor. In my free time I really enjoy gaming, going out, watching movies, playing volleyball, going to the gym, spending time with friends and my partner.

In terms of the flat, there is an open-plan living room and kitchen, offering plenty of wardrobe and kitchen cupboard space along with a separate utility room for the washing machine. I occupy the en-suite bedroom, meaning you’ll have your own private bathroom with no need to share.

Tesco, Sainsburys and M&S is just a 2-minute walk away, Aldi is 10 minutes on foot, and the area is packed with great local cafes and pubs (some of which even offer resident discounts). The building itself hosts regular social events, making it easy to feel part of a community. The subway is also a 7-minute walk away.

I enjoy my private space as much as I love socialising. I fully respect personal space as well, and if you moved in, I’d like you to feel at home; we can customise the flat so it reflects both of us!
