Friendly flat in development with a pool!

Hello! I'm looking for a housemate in a 2-bed flat just north of the centre in Glasgow. The flat is located in Speirs Wharf, a development about 10 minutes from Cowcaddens subway station and a 20 minute walk into the centre of town or a 25 minute walk into the West End. There is a communal pool, sauna, hot tub and gym in the basement of the block all of which is free to use! (And a massive plus point for me living here, would recommend). The flat is right on the canal and has views over Glasgow.

The room available is massive, with its own en-suite and a large wardrobe with lots of storage. It's available from the 30th of November, but possibly 5 or 10 days earlier by arrangement.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, and free parking is also available.

A bit about me...I'm sociable and friendly, and enjoy cooking and chatting - I would love to have a flatmate I get on with. I'm a professional musician (French Horn) working with one of the orchestras in Glasgow. I do practise in the flat sometimes (I promise I'm good!) but am also often away or out at work, and have a busy social life. I reckon this flat would be best for someone who works in person rather than remotely.

Unfortunately because of the terms of the lease the flat isn't pet friendly. The flat is band E for council tax.
