A spacious king-size bedroom is available in the G4 area.

The city centre is just a 10-minute walk away and the area is quiet with great views, good neighbours, secure entry, and a community centre (with gym/pool) right opposite the building.

There are lovely river walks, a park and a library within 5 minutes’ walk.

Nearby amenities include Lidl, Tesco, local convenience stores, multicultural shops, Chinatown, bakeries, takeaways, dessert places and Matthew’s Foods Chinese shopping centre (all within 10 minutes or less).

Excellent transport links (buses, subway, trains) provide easy access to the rest of Glasgow and beyond.

You’ll be sharing the flat with another male, who is happy to help you get to know the city better.

✨ **Important**: The flat is kept tidy, so I’m looking for a flatmate who is clean, considerate and respectful of shared spaces.

The room includes an ottoman bed (with ample storage), a walk-in/built-in wardrobe, a full-size mirror, a chair/table, and has a cosy atmosphere.

The room is available now. Viewing is highly recommended as pictures can sometimes be misleading. My previous flatmate is also happy to provide a reference.
