This room comes with own lock and key. Would suit similarly aged professional working in Glasgow. Flat is in a great place for transport, city centre shops, and all the pubs and restaurants in and around the Merchant City catchment.

The rent includes broadband and Council Tax (Band C). Gas and electricity will be divided in half at the end of the month, typically between £60 to £80 each. Looking to offer a minimum of 6 months' term which will be open to extension.
