Double room in colourful, friendly, West End home.

Double room to rent in my West End home. I’m a Scottish screenwriter/film maker and Director of a film festival here in Glasgow. I wwork from home and also travel for work quite a bit, mostly to Cuba! I enjoy having flatmates and already share with a Spanish lecturerer in film studies who makes great tortillas. She's cooking one now!

It’s a big flat, with room to have your own space but also enjoy company when in the mood. We like to have a relaxed atmosphere but it’s also important to be tidy and considerate in the shared spaces.

My flatmate and I have our own patterns of life but often cook together and often invite friends round for a blether, food and wine.

The flat is in a great location, with two parks, plenty shops, pubs and restaurants close by. It's a 7 minute walk from Kelvinbridge Underground and Glasgow University. I tend to walk everywhere these days, unless the weather is terrible! It's just a 25 mins walk into town.

There's WiFi and all the normal mod cons. Bills and council tax are included.
There's also a lovely big shared garden out the back and lots of plants inside.

We're very interested in what's going on in the world, especially in these crazy times. How people see the world is an important factor for us in who we live with.
