Female is preferred as the other flatmate Sami is a 25 year old female healthcare professional who often works night shifts.

You will have shared use of the bathroom and shower, and a common sitting room with large screen TV. There is a sleek designer kitchen with appliances including dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven with electric hob, and clothes washer. It also enjoys access to a back garden and adjacent communal gardens.

The flat is located on the second floor, situated within a peaceful cul-de-sac in the popular Woodlands area of the West End of Glasgow. The flat is adjacent to the cultural Kelvingrove Gardens and Museum, and a mere 10 minute walk to the bustling Byre's Road and city centre. Public transport is excellent with bus routes on Woodlands Road, and nearby Kelvinbridge Underground.
