Due to upcoming family commitments abroad, I am making a bedroom in my flat available for a short-term let to cover running costs while I am away. To ensure a good fit for both parties, please review the following details carefully before reaching out.
The Space & Tenancy Terms:
• Availability: Available immediately for a minimum 3-month to a maximum 6-month stay.
• The Room: A private, fully furnished double bedroom.
• The Flat: A high-ceiling tenement property facing the park. Includes a fully equipped kitchen (white goods, electric cooker, Ninja air fryer), a spacious living room (with a single bed, sofa, 65” TV, and study setup), and gas central heating. Street parking is readily available.
• Housemate: You will be sharing the communal spaces with a quiet, vegetarian Indian male professional.
• House Rules: Strictly no smoking and no pets.
Financials:
• Rent: £550 per calendar month, inclusive of Council Tax, utilities, and high-speed broadband.
• Deposit: £500 security deposit (refundable upon a successful check-out;
. Agreed term is served. Space and belongings are returned as provided. 1 months notice is provided before exit. late departures/overstays are subject to a £25/day deduction).
• Payment Schedule: The first month’s rent and security deposit are required in advance prior to move-in. Subsequent rent must be paid in advance by the 25th of each month.
